(NYSE: KOP), an integrated global provider of treated wood products, wood treatment chemicals and carbon compounds, today announced that it will host an Investor Day beginning at 9 a.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, September 17, 2026, in Atlanta, Georgia.

As part of the pre-event activities, on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, the company's management team will host an in-person tour of its Performance Chemicals business and research and development center located in nearby Peachtree City, Georgia.

The management presentation will take place on Thursday, September 17, at the Kimpton Overland Atlanta Airport and will also be available via webcast.  Attendance at the in-person presentation is by invitation only.  Investors and other interested parties who wish to view the presentation virtually may register here.
