Governance
Koppers Board of Directors is broadly responsible for contributing to the strategic direction of the company, ensuring the company operates in a legal, ethical, and socially responsible manner; overseeing risk management processes; reviewing the company’s long-term strategy; and developing performance measurement systems. The Board’s ultimate goal is to maximize long-term shareholder value.
