Koppers Holdings Inc. Board Declares Regular Dividend

PITTSBURGH, PA, May 05, 2010 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) --The Board of Directors of Koppers Holdings Inc. (NYSE: KOP) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.22 per common share, payable July 6, 2010, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 17, 2010.
