 | Leroy M. Ball, Jr. Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Mr. Ball was appointed as vice president and chief financial officer effective September 1, 2010. Previously, Mr. Ball was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Calgon Corporation, a Pittsburgh-based manufacturer of activated carbon products and services with operations in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Belgium, China and Japan. While with Calgon Carbon Corporation, Mr. Ball was responsible for internal and external financial reporting as well as overseeing a majority-owned joint venture. |
