Robert J. Howard Vice President, Human Resources Bob Howard was elected Vice President, Human Resources of Koppers Inc. in February 2009. He joined Koppers in September 2006. Prior to Koppers, Bob was the Vice President, Human Resources at LB Foster Company from June 2002 until August 2006. Mr. Howard is an adjunct professor of Human Resources for St. Francis University. He chairs the Pittsburgh Human Resource Executive Council and is also a member of the Board of Directors of ScoutReach, a division of the Boy Scouts of America. Bob is an advisor to Indiana University of PA and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management.
